Label paper specifications as well as coverage and classification

Label paper cartridges are generally rolled into rolls, and the biggest consideration is the specifications of the automatic labeling machine (or bar code printer). The question of how many sheets of label paper per roll is really a question of the range of label paper roll sizes. Of automatic labeling machines, so different automatic labeling machines have a need for the outer diameter of the label paper roll. Generally no more than 30 centimeters. Common automatic industrial automatic labeling machines are 25 cm or 30 cm.

When the automatic labeling machine limits the outer diameter of the label paper roll to no more than 30 cm, there is actually a limit on how many labels can be made from the paper roll. However, it is obvious that the size of each label paper has an impact on the number of labels on the entire roll.

In order to transport the increased international air transport, express logistics and other methods, when the volume is high, you can consider making more rolls per roll, reducing the number of rolls and the number of paper cores, which can save freight to a certain extent.

In general, for ordinary food label paper and recommendation/daily necessities label paper, we do not exceed 2000 sheets per roll. Finally, the number of sheets to be made on the roll is ultimately determined by the customer.

Coverage and classification of labels

The content of label products is now rich and has a wide range of uses. In the past, some people saw that labels were just self-adhesive labels. This view has limited the product development and business development of labels. Now the development scope of label coverage is increasing. The scope and classification mainly include non-adhesive labels, in-mold, direct silk screen labels, rfid labels, smart labels, heat shrink labels, and some instant labels, diaries, etc.

Self-adhesive labels are richer than heat shrink film labels, but they can perfectly represent the requirements of the label. Mainly self-adhesive labels.

The "in-mold labeling" (IML) process refers to the process of molding the printed photo image trademark during the production process, or the process of integrating the label with the container to form an "in-mold labeling" process. All these operations can be completed in one process. "In-mold" has led to a new design style for plastic container/bottle manufacturers and other commodity packaging manufacturers, and is one of the most developed and effective decoration methods in plastic packaging containers. < br /> Silk-screen labels use screen printing to print patterns and text records on container packaging. The pattern and text color have imprints, and the overall effect is good. But if there are many, the direct price is more expensive. Moreover, the quality of direct screen printing is not ideal, and the pattern and slender text of the connotation are felt.

Heat shrink label refers to heat shrink film (mainly PVC film) as a packaging label. Compared with direct use and non-glue packaging, it is reduced, but heat shrink labels are easily damaged, not waterproof, and the overall image is not this. Good.

In short, the coverage of labels is expanding, and there are more and more classifications. The development of the label industry is also supervised
