3. How to ensure the accuracy of the product?
After confirming the order, we will send you the design draft for confirmation, and the production sample will be confirmed again, and then mass production will be carried out.
4. How to get samples? Is there a charge for samples? How long does it take for samples to be shipped?
1) Send inquiry to contact sales staff to request samples
2) Stock samples are free, you only need to pay the freight, and the produced samples are charged according to your requirements; the sample fee will be refunded according to the order amount;
3) The sample will be sent within 7 to 14 days.
5. How long does it take to ship?
It depends on the mode of transportation. Express delivery usually takes 4~12 days. Sea transportation takes 20~30 days; Train transportation to Europe takes 25~35 days
6. What is the minimum order quantity of the product?
The order quantity of general products is 1000 pieces. However, we also accept orders of less than 1000 pieces, the unit price for small quantities will be higher due to the setup cost.
7. Do I need to pay the import fee if I place an order with you?
It depends on the terms. In DDP terms, we are responsible for the import fee, in other terms, you need to do the customs clearance yourself.
